This literally took me no more than 15 minutes. I just made this for my lunch today and am quite pleased with it. Since it took me 15 minutes, I don’t have exact measurements, but go ahead and tweak it to create your own flavor!
The sauces I had in my refrigerator were from Bangkok Center Grocery, but they are also available in Chelsea Market.
- 1 slab tofu and 1/2 a green pepper in bite size cubes, mince 1-inch piece of ginger, slice 1 stick celery.Chop
- 1 tbsp peanut oil in a non-stick skillet and sauté all the above except for the tofu.Heat
- 2 tbsp Thai Sriracha Pancha sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce and toss.Add
Serve with brown rice and enjoy!
